Heat
Beating the Panipat Heat
Panipat summers are long and harsh. In May and June, cars parked outside offices, factories and markets turn into ovens within an hour. The heat that builds up comes mostly through the windscreen and windows as infrared radiation, and the ultraviolet rays that come with it fade dashboards and seat fabric.
Window film is a thin layer applied to the inside of the glass. Depending on the type, it reflects or absorbs a large share of that heat and blocks almost all UV. The car heats up more slowly, the AC cools it faster and the cabin stays more comfortable on long drives along GT Road.
Film Types
Three Kinds of Window Film
Dyed film
A budget-friendly film that darkens glass for privacy and blocks about 99% of UV, with around 30–40% heat rejection. Good for city driving.
Carbon film
A smart, non-reflective matte look with around 50–60% heat rejection. Carbon does not fade to purple and does not interfere with phone or GPS signals.
Ceramic film
The best heat resistant window film. Nano-ceramic particles reject 70–99% of heat while letting plenty of light through, so you get comfort without dark glass.
Not sure which to choose? We keep sample films at the Panipat studio so you can see and feel the difference.

Legal
Legal Shades Only
Indian motor vehicle rules require at least 70% visible light transmission on the windscreen and rear glass and at least 50% on the side windows. Dark black films below these limits are not permitted, and Panipat traffic police do issue challans for them.
We only install films within these limits and will show you the VLT rating before fitting. A clear heat-rejection film is available for the front windscreen if you want heat control without any visible tint.

Fitting
How We Install Car Sun Film
A bubble-free, dust-free finish depends on careful preparation.
Clean the glass
Inside of each window is scraped and degreased; door seals are wiped.
Cut & shape
Film is cut to size and heat-shrunk to match the curve of the glass.
Apply
The film is floated on with slip solution and squeegeed from the centre out.
Seal edges
Edges are pressed and sealed; any trapped water is pushed out.
Inspect
Each window is checked against light for dust, bubbles and gaps.
Benefits
Why Panipat Drivers Choose Film
Window film is one of the most noticeable upgrades you can make for daily comfort.
UV protection film
Blocks up to 99% of UV — protecting skin and stopping interior fading.
Cooler cabin
Especially with ceramic film, the difference is clear on hot afternoons.
Lower AC load
Faster cooling and less strain on the AC compressor.
Privacy & safety
Legal shades reduce visibility of valuables inside; film helps hold shattered glass.
Reduced glare
Easier driving into the evening sun on the highway.
Long warranty
Three years on dyed, five on carbon and lifetime on ceramic film.
Care
After Installation
Keep the windows closed for three to four days so the film can dry and cure. Small hazy patches or water bubbles in the first few days are normal and disappear as the moisture evaporates.
Clean tinted windows with a soft microfibre cloth and a mild, ammonia-free cleaner. Avoid sharp objects near the glass and do not stick suction mounts directly onto fresh film.
Who Benefits
Which Panipat Drivers Benefit Most?
Daily commuters who drive to Delhi, Karnal or Sonipat spend hours with the sun coming through the side windows. Ceramic or carbon film makes those drives noticeably more comfortable and protects the driver's arm and face from UV.
Business owners and staff who park outside factories, textile units or the refinery area all day come back to a much cooler car with good film. Families benefit too — children in the rear seats are shaded without the windows becoming illegally dark.
If your car already has old film that has turned purple, peeled or bubbled, we remove it properly — including the old glue — before fitting new film. Removing old film carefully matters, especially on the rear windscreen, where demister lines can be damaged by rough scraping.
Bring your car to the Panipat studio and we will show you dyed, carbon and ceramic samples on your own windows before you decide.
