Heat
Parked All Day in the Sun?
Most cars in IMT Kundli spend eight to ten hours parked in open factory lots. In May and June, the cabin can reach temperatures well above the outside air. The steering wheel and seats become too hot to touch, and the AC struggles for the first ten minutes of the drive home.
Window film reduces how much infrared heat and ultraviolet light enters through the glass. With a good ceramic or carbon film, the cabin heats up more slowly, cools faster and the dashboard is protected from fading and cracking.
Film Options
Choose Your Window Film
Dyed film
Budget-friendly, gives privacy and blocks about 99% of UV, with 30–40% heat rejection.
Carbon film
A matte-black, non-reflective film with around 50–60% heat rejection that does not fade or interfere with signals.
Ceramic film
The best heat-resistant window film. Rejects 70–99% of heat while staying light, so you stay within the rules.
We show you each film on your own glass before installation, so you can see exactly how it will look.

Rules
Legal VLT Limits
Indian rules require visible light transmission of at least 70% on the windscreen and rear glass and at least 50% on the side windows. Dark black films are not allowed, and challans are common on NH-44 checkpoints.
We fit only shades within these limits and can share the VLT rating of your film. For maximum heat control without visible tint, ask about a clear ceramic heat-rejection film for the windscreen.

Installation
How We Fit It
Clean glass and patient fitting are what make window film invisible.
Prepare
Glass is scraped, degreased and the door seals are wiped.
Shape
Film is cut and heat-formed to each window's curve.
Apply
Film is floated into place and squeegeed from the centre.
Seal
Edges are pressed and water is pushed out.
Inspect
Every window is checked for dust, bubbles and gaps.

Old Film
Replacing Old or Illegal Film
Many cars we see from Kundli and the Delhi border have old film that has turned purple, bubbled or peeled — or very dark film that attracts challans. Removing it properly takes care. We steam and peel the old film, then remove every trace of adhesive without scratching the glass or damaging rear demister lines.
Once the glass is clean, we fit a new, legal-shade film with proper heat rejection. Most customers are surprised that a lighter ceramic film keeps the car cooler than their old dark film did, because heat rejection depends on the technology in the film, not how dark it looks.
If you are buying a used car with dark film, we can remove it and fit a legal option in the same visit so you are ready for the road.
Care
Caring for Tinted Windows
Keep the windows rolled up for three to four days after installation. A slightly hazy look or small water pockets in the first days are normal and clear as the film dries.
Clean tinted glass with a soft microfibre cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner. Avoid sharp scrapers, stickers and suction mounts on the film, and be gentle with seat belts that rub against the side glass.
Package and service prices for every car type are listed on one page — the same transparent rates across our locations.
