Sugar Mill Dust Is Sticky
Dust in Gohana is different from city dust. Around the sugar mill and the fields, it carries fine organic particles from cane and crops. Mixed with morning dew or a light shower, it becomes slightly sticky and bonds to paint as it dries. That is why Gohana cars often still look dull right after a quick wash.
A ceramic coating makes the paint surface so smooth and slippery that this dust struggles to bond. Most of it rinses off with water, and what remains comes away with a gentle wash — without the scrubbing that causes swirl marks.
The coating also deepens colour and gloss and resists UV fading through Gohana's hot summers.
The Science
What Is Nano Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic coatings are built on silicon dioxide (SiO₂) nano-particles. Applied to polished paint, they fill microscopic pores and cure into a thin, hard, glass-like shell bonded to the clear coat.

Hydrophobic finish
Water beads and rolls away, taking dust and mud with it. Bird droppings and sap are less likely to etch if cleaned promptly.

How We Serve Gohana
Our studio is at Sonipat HQ, about 35 km from Gohana. Customers from Gohana town, the sugar mill and grain market areas and nearby villages either drive in or use our pickup and drop service, which is free on Gold and Platinum packages.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. WhatsApp us your address and a convenient time, and we will confirm pickup. A Gohana branch is planned; until it opens, every job is completed at our fully equipped Sonipat studio.
Aftercare
Looking After the Coating
Keep the car dry for a week. After that, always pre-rinse dust and mud with plenty of water, wash with a pH-neutral shampoo and two buckets, and dry with a soft microfibre towel. Avoid roadside washers and dry wiping.
A ceramic spray sealant top-up every few months keeps water beading strong. During crushing season, a quick rinse once or twice a week keeps sticky dust from building up.
Honest Advice
Coating, PPF or Both?
Ceramic coating is ideal against dust, mud and fading. PPF is ideal against stone chips and scratches. For most Gohana cars, a ceramic coating on the whole car is the best value; if you drive the highways often, adding front PPF gives complete protection.
You can start with a coating and add PPF later — we can coat over the film for an even finish. We will always tell you honestly what each option can and cannot do.
New Cars
Coating a New Car
The best time to coat a car is when it is new. The paint needs only a light polish to remove transport and dealer-wash marks, and the coating then protects the factory finish before Gohana's dust and sun can dull it. Many customers bring a new car to us within the first few weeks of delivery.
Older cars benefit too — after decontamination and correction, a coating can make a tired car look years younger.
