Why Coat
Dust, Sun and Mud
In Hardoi, a car can go from clean to dusty in a single drive. Fine agricultural dust settles on paint, the summer sun bakes it on, and in the monsoon, mud splashes dry hard on the lower panels. Washing often helps only if it is done carefully; otherwise every wash adds swirl marks.
A ceramic coating gives the paint a hard, slick surface that dust and mud struggle to grip. Most of it rinses away with water. The coating also resists UV, so colours fade more slowly, and gives a deep, glassy shine.

The Science
How Nano Ceramic Works
Ceramic coatings are based on silicon dioxide (SiO₂) nano-particles. Applied to polished paint, they fill microscopic pores and cure into a thin, transparent, glass-like layer bonded to the clear coat.

Water beading
Water beads and rolls off, taking dust with it, and mud washes off far more easily.

Aftercare
Keeping the Coating Strong
Keep the car dry for a week. Then pre-rinse dust and mud with plenty of water before each wash, use a pH-neutral shampoo and two buckets, and dry with a soft microfibre towel. Avoid shared cloths and dry wiping.
A ceramic spray sealant top-up every few months keeps water beading strong. After the monsoon, a decontamination wash helps remove anything bonded during the wet months.
